The CareMedox referral program gives approved partners two recurring earning models, a referred-provider introductory discount and retention-based rewards. Program eligibility and payments are governed by the written referral agreement.
How it works
One program, two different actions.
New partners apply first. Approved existing partners can then submit provider referrals with their partner identification so the relationship can be tracked correctly.
Refer
After approval, submit the provider/practice contact and the services they may need.
CareMedox onboards
CareMedox handles qualification, service discussion, agreement and operational onboarding directly with the practice.
You earn
Eligible referral payments are calculated after qualifying CareMedox collections according to the signed referral agreement.
Recurring earning structure
Choose the share model that fits how you want to participate.
The two models below reflect the current CareMedox referral structure. The signed referral agreement defines calculation, active-client requirements, timing, exclusions and payment method.
Direct percentage
Earn 10% of the revenue CareMedox receives from the referred provider for eligible months under the program terms.
ExampleIf CareMedox receives $4,000 from an eligible referred provider, a 10% direct share equals $400 for that qualifying period.
Net-profit share
Earn 20% of CareMedox net profit attributable to the referred provider, calculated according to the written program definition of net profit.
ExampleIf qualifying CareMedox revenue is $4,000 and defined program expenses are $1,500, the $2,500 net amount would produce a $500 share at 20%.
First three months
Under the current program, eligible referred providers receive a 5% discount on CareMedox fees for their first three months, subject to the service and referral agreements.
Retention & performance rewards
Additional rewards are tied to long-term value, not just lead submission.
Bonus eligibility requires an approved referral, a qualifying client relationship and the conditions defined in the referral agreement.
3-Year Retention Bonus
For an eligible active referred provider, the current program adds a 5% bonus on every sixth qualifying month through month 36: months 6, 12, 18, 24, 30 and 36.
Performance Bonus
The current program includes an additional reward structure for exceptionally large referred practices. Qualification, thresholds and calculation must be confirmed in the written referral agreement before the referral is represented as eligible.
Top Partner Recognition
High-performing partners may qualify for additional CareMedox recognition or incentive programs. Any major reward, cash equivalent or leadership opportunity is subject to a separate written offer and eligibility review.
Referral compensation must follow the signed CareMedox referral agreement and any applicable restrictions. A referral does not influence provider care, payer decisions, billing decisions or patient treatment.

When does a referral become eligible for payment?
Generally after the referred provider becomes a qualifying CareMedox client and CareMedox receives eligible client revenue, subject to the signed referral agreement.
Can I submit a referral before becoming an approved partner?
Use the Join Program form first so CareMedox can document the referral relationship and program model before provider onboarding.
Does the referred provider receive an incentive?
The current program offers eligible referred providers a 5% discount on CareMedox fees for their first three months, subject to program and service terms.
How long can recurring referral earnings continue?
The recurring model and retention bonuses depend on the referred client remaining eligible and on the conditions in the signed referral agreement.
